Refund Policy

Every membership begins with a 3-day free trial. You will be reminded before the first charge, and can cancel before then at no cost.

Because access is digital and granted immediately, charges already collected for a billing period are generally non-refundable.

If you were charged in error or believe there is a genuine issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, refund.

Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
